With the advent of my new phone I've been hit with a rude awakening: the GPS on my EVO Shift was apparently complete crap and all too generous with me. First two runs using Nike+ with my iPhone have informed me that not only am I running less but I'm also running much slower than I previously thought.
I'm trying to remain positive about it but ir is really super discouraging. This puts me even further behind on my training schedule and makes the half marathon seem farther away than ever. I know it sounds like in having a pity party right now and I kind of am. No point in denying it. Talk about a setback.
